Day 1: Ljubljana

Welcome to Slovenia, beautiful country of 2 million people, nestled between the northern tip of the Adriatic Sea and the eastern tip of the stunning Alps. We will take free time and refresh ourselves to explore Ex Yugoslavian beauties in the next couple of days.

Day 2: Ljubljana - Bled - Ljubljana

After breakfast, you will be able to feel the energy of one of Europe's smallest capital.

Ljubljana city tour begins in front of the Town Hall and continues through the historical city center, well known for its unique architectural appearance, which is the result of the legacy of the Baroque and Art Nouveau periods and most notably, the work of the famous 20th-century architect Joze Plecnik. After city center, we continue our tour in Ljubljana Castle- originally a medieval fortress, a complex above the downtown of the city. After Slovenian capital, we will travel to Lake Bled. Once you visit this place, you will never forget it. Transfer from Bled, back to Ljubljana.

Day 3: Ljubljana – Postojna cave - Opatija - Plitvice

After breakfast, we will visit one of the best-known caves in the world. It is also the greatest tourist attraction in Slovenia and one of the world's largest karst monuments - Postojna cave. A fantastic network of tunnels, passages, galleries, and halls, the astonishing diversity of Karst features as well as easy access are certainly the main reasons for such popularity of the cave and a large number of visitors, which has already reached 35 million in 200 years. Next stop will be Opatija, a town located near Rijeka city. Renaissance, Venetian, Gothic, ornate Secession, playful Baroque, Classicism, Alpine Baroque… Buildings of completely different styles have been erected in this popular tourist resort throughout history, so you can discover why Opatija has been one of the most popular destinations for sightseeing in Croatia since the 19th century. At that time Habsburgs turned it into one of Europe’s most popular destinations where nobles and aristocrats enjoyed in peaceful moments and silence far from their courts and daily politics.

Day 4: Plitvice lakes

The Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia’s most popular tourist attraction, was granted UNESCO World Heritage status in 1979. The beauty of the National Park lies in its sixteen lakes, inter-connected by a series of waterfalls, and set in deep woodland populated by deer, bears, wolves, boars and rare bird species. The National Park covers a total area of 300 square kilometers, whilst the lakes join together over a distance of eight kilometers. Spend the whole day enjoying outstanding nature.

Day 5: Plitvice - Trogir - Split

After Plitvice, we will make a short walk through beautiful town on Adriatic coast, Trogir and continue sightseeing of another Croatian pearl - Split - known for its beaches and the fortress-like complex at the city center, Diocletian's Palace, erected by the Roman emperor in the 4th century. Once home to thousands, its sprawling remains include more than 200 buildings. Within its white stone walls and under its courtyards and galleries are shops, bars, cafes, cathedrals, hotels, several houses and the well-known promenade, Riva.

Day 6: Split - Dubrovnik - Becici

After breakfast, drive to Dubrovnik - a town that represents Croatia on every tourism fair, included in the UNESCO's List of World Cultural Heritage. Guided tour of Dubrovnik remarkably well-preserved example of a late-medieval walled city, with a regular street layout starting at Onofrio's Fountain, and continue to discover many attractions such as Rector's Palace, Franciscan, Dominican Monastery and many more. After some free time, we will leave Croatia and enter the Montenegrin coast.

Day 7: Becici - Budva - Kotor - Cetinje - Becici

Get ready to see the top highlights of Montenegro. We will start from Budva - one of the most popular summer places, the center of the nightlife and happenings. Next stop will be Kotor- an old, greatly preserved medieval city sporting a range of monuments and architectural beauty unmatched not only in the region but internationally as well. This extraordinary city, located on the Kotor Bay coast has been included in the UNESCO's List of World Cultural Heritage. We continue our tour by driving to Cetinje, Lovcen. Cetinje is a city and Old Capital of Montenegro. It is also a historical and the secondary capital with the official residence of the President of Montenegro. The city nestles on a small karst plain surrounded by limestone mountains, including mountain Lovcen. We will visit King Nicola's Palace and Monastery of Cetinje where the Christian relict - the hand of St. John the Baptist is kept. Transfer, back to Becici.

Day 8: Becici - Blagaj - Mostar - Sarajevo

After breakfast, we continue our journey driving to Mostar, (Bosnia and Herzegovina) but first we will make a small break and visit place Blagaj, just 7 km from Mostar, to see a spring of river Buna.

Then we will continue to the historic town of Mostar, spanning a deep valley of the Neretva River, developed in the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town and during the Austro-Hungarian period in the 19th and 20th centuries. Mostar has long been known for its old Turkish houses and Old Bridge, after which it is named. In the 1990s conflict, however, most of the historic town and the Old Bridge, designed by the renowned architect Sinan, was destroyed. The Old Bridge was recently rebuilt and many of the edifices in the Old Town have been restored or rebuilt with the contribution of an international scientific committee established by UNESCO.

Drive to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Day 9: Sarajevo - Visegrad - Zlatibor

After breakfast, we will explore Sarajevo city: Bascarsija, Old town, Vrelo Bosne, Gazi Husrev-Beg Mosque, Bey Mosque, Cathedral, Old church. You will notice the influence of the East and feel the energy of Orient. Leaving Sarajevo we will hit the road to Serbian mountain Zlatibor, passing through a town near river Drina- Visegrad. The town includes the Ottoman era Mehmed Pasa Sokolovic Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was popularized by Nobel prize-winning author Ivo Andrić, in his novel ''The Bridge on the Drina.''

Day 10: Zlatibor - Sargan Eight - Mokra Gora - Belgrade

Welcome to the kingdom of green nature, untouched beauty and great food. After breakfast we will start our day by visiting Park of Nature, Sargan Eight - Mokra Gora, where we board the famous dinky train for a ride along the most exciting section of this narrow gauge line, once connecting Belgrade with Sarajevo. During the ride, the train makes a few stops, one of 20 minutes to let you take some fabulous photographs, enjoying the views, or have a refreshment in the coffee shop of a tiny and charming 'railway station'. We will also visit the ethno village 'Wooden City' built as a setting for 'Life is a Miracle', a film of Emir Kusturica. The amazing village has been transformed into the modern equivalent of the medieval great monastery, equipped with a library, Serbia's most advanced cinema, and an underground basketball arena.

Transfer to Belgrade. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 11: Belgrade

After breakfast, we will have a full day city tour in the Serbian capital. Panoramic and walking tour of Belgrade. City sightseeing: New Belgrade area, Kalemegdan fortress, Princess Ljubica residence, Orthodox Cathedral, Inn "?", pedestrian zone – Knez Mihajlova street, Republic Square, King Milan street, Old Palace, New Palace, National Parliament, Embassy district, Nato bombing ruins, House of flowers – President Tito Memorial, Dedinje suburb, Marakana stadium, St Sava Temple, Slavija square, King Alexander Boulevard. You will have a chance to feel the spirit of the city, where some of the top sportsmen were born. Free time.

Day 12: Belgrade - Zagreb

After breakfast, we will leave Belgrade and hit the road to Croatian capital, Zagreb.

Zagreb a vibrant cultural center with a long history, located on the crossroads of important routes between the Adriatic coast and Central Europe. Zagreb contains Lower and Upper Town. The lower town is full of boulevards, huge squares and Secession architecture. Upper town on the other hand, is cozy and has medieval ambient. Also, we will see the Presidential Palace, defended by colorfully dressed guardsmen, and St Mark's Church with its exquisitely tiled roof. Descend in the funicular to the lower town and Ban Josip Jelacic Square, a masterpiece of Austro-Hungarian style.

Dinner and overnight in Zagreb

Day 13: Zagreb or Ljubljana

Depending on a flight, return from, with or without an additional night in Zagreb/ Ljubljana.
